Looking forward to learning the features of OFL.  I'm coming from BT and enjoyed many of the logging features.  Any other former BT'ers, here?  If anybody has suggestions about how to best use the tools...tricks they've learned while logging and creating reports, etc...I'd be interested in hearing them so as to get the most out of OFL.
