Have been away from the ice for a year after the second (each side) shoulder rotater-cuff surgery. I have also not been consistent about being in the pool for the same reason. But I did log 3000 road miles in 2007 and consistently spin at least two hours per week. I am also a prostate cancer survivor, coming up on eight years cancer free.
I did not see an exercise type for spinning or stationary cycling; has anyone created one or is there an equivalent exercise on the list?
Thanks.
