Best of luck with your fitness goals. As a former athlete, I'm sure you'll be able to transition back into it relatively easily.

New member

Hi Everyone,

Started to get back into shape today. I am a 34 year old mother of 5 and last baby (ok he is 3), really put me over the edge. I have always been an athlete: Ran a marathon, played field hockey, soccer and ice hockey in leagues and somehow I have lost myself over the last 3 years. Anyway I think I am finally ready to get back to where I should be. I have 20 - 25 pounds to lose.

I found this online log this morning and it looks really useful.

Thanks for reading.

Have a great day,

Leslie
