Best of luck in reaching your goals!</description><pubDate>Fri, 29 Feb 2008 08:53:10 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>trevor</dc:creator></item><item><title>New member</title><link>http://www.onlinefitnesslog.com/forum/Topic152-11-1.aspx</link><description>I used to be very fit - ran a marathon, trained for a triathlon and then I hurt my bottom (well the muscles in it anyway)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did not do my physio properly and now I am paying for it with recurring back pain and a trapped nerve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still I love to run - I went nuts when I got my Nike iPod thing and I over did it trying to do more miles than anyone else. So I damaged my calf muscles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am better now but have gained the most weight I have ever gained! I now weigh 205 lbs!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Time to track what I eat and regularly exercise - I find this helps me a great deal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far I am very impressed with this website.</description><pubDate>Wed, 27 Feb 2008 22:54:25 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>martinclay64</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
