I had a baby last summer and I'm still working on getting to my weight goal.  Last week I realized that I'm back to where I was before the pregnancy, but I want to keep going another 10-15lbs and be in really great shape.  I'm happy to be your buddy if and when you need one.  I can't say I have much advice, but I pretty good at being supportive.  I often find myself taking care of others (husband, son, dog) before myself, like you.  I had to realize that I can do that better if I'm taken care of also.  You can do this. I'm hoping this online log can help me be focused in keeping track and helping myself be more accountable to working out and eating right.   Yes.. I have a goal of 20 pounds by June 15th.   I will be 40!!!!!!  I know I can do it, but have had trouble putting others first and never having time for myself.  I woulld love a buddy for the next few months to help me  be accountable.    Please offer any tips on eating and what exercises can burn the most calorie..
