Someone sent me a suggestion to add the ability to copy a day's log entry to another day. Sounds like a great idea, so I will add it to the list.

Hey Trevor,

How's progress on this feature? Or in the interim, can we create an autopopulate feature for certain things that repeat, like maybe the weight or number of reps in your strength log or number of hours slept in your metrics?

Well, my progress with this feature has been the same as my progress with all the other updates in queue for the Fitness Log, nonexistent. I've been overwhelmingly busy for the past couple of months with other work, including customizing the Fitness Log for use with another product. I have a huge list of improvements to be made and am anxious to get moving on them.

I like your idea of populating common log entry fields with default values including most recent values and will implement this as soon as I can. Thanks for your involvement and patience!

Just wanted to voice my support for this suggestion. It'd be quite helpful for repetitive meals (I have the same breakfast everyday), etc.

I also want to voice support for this feature. It would be exceedingly helpful to be able to autoload an existing workout and modify the times/weights/reps/etc. based on what you're doing instead of having to enter each exercise you do every time when often we follow some sort of routine.
