| Hi Everyone, Started to get back into shape today. I am a 34 year old mother of 5 and last baby (ok he is 3), really put me over the edge. I have always been an athlete: Ran a marathon, played field hockey, soccer and ice hockey in leagues and somehow I have lost myself over the last 3 years. Anyway I think I am finally ready to get back to where I should be. I have 20 - 25 pounds to lose. I found this online log this morning and it looks really useful. Thanks for reading. Hi,
I'm 50 years old with 2 teenage boys. I need to do something for myself now or never. I'm hoping by keeping tract of exercising, it will help me stay on track. OK, now to get off the computer and on to the exercises. I'm hoping this will help me.
