| Hi yall! i'm new here, i just found this site, and i'm thrilled, because i've been looking for something like this for awhile now. In the last couple of years i've overhauled my life. I turned my nutrition and workout habits around (almost a complete 360). i've lost over fifty pounds, but now i'm onto bigger and better challanges. I signed up for a two day 110 mile bike ride at the end of may, so i hope to use this site to help coordinate my training and nutrition. i'm tired of just working out for health's sake, i want to work towards something! i'm really excited, and i just hope my body will cooperate  any other newish cyclists out there? -katie
