Did not do my physio properly and now I am paying for it with recurring back pain and a trapped nerve.
Still I love to run - I went nuts when I got my Nike iPod thing and I over did it trying to do more miles than anyone else. So I damaged my calf muscles.
I am better now but have gained the most weight I have ever gained! I now weigh 205 lbs!!
Time to track what I eat and regularly exercise - I find this helps me a great deal.
So far I am very impressed with this website.
